In this role you have a crucial function in supporting the HR manager and streamlining HR processes. Your main tasks include:

• Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
• Manage appointment procedures and personnel files
• Treat privacy-sensitive information confidentially

What we offer you:

• A gross monthly salary of €2500 - €2800, depending on experience
• The accrual of 8.33% holiday pay and 25 holiday days
• Full travel allowance and pension accrual
• View of a permanent contract

What we ask of you:

As an administrative human resources employee, you are honest, flexible and have at least an MBO working and thinking level. You are also proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook and available for 16 to 20 hours per week.
You also bring:

• Good communicative skills
• Competence in managing administrative processes
• A passion for supporting HRM activities
