These are your activities: 

• Carrying out quality inspections within cleaning in production areas; 
• Initiating improvements; 
• Preparing detailed reports on the quality of the work; 
• Develop action plans for quality improvement in consultation with your colleagues; 
• You are responsible for compliance with hygiene and safety regulations regarding cleaning work. 

This is a full-time position, where you work from Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM until the end of production. This means that working hours vary between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM depending on how busy the workplace is.

In this role you work in flexible shifts and are responsible for the entire baking process, including the finishing of both small and large bread and specialties. As a Bread Baker Operator, your duties and responsibilities include:

• Preparing bread according to fixed recipes.
