You will find a file with your most important documents, such as contracts and invoices. You can view these at any time, but you can also download them periodically - useful for your VAT and tax returns.
Another important part of Mijn Actief is the hours app. No more hassle with paper time sheets and signatures: at Actief Werkt! you can digitally indicate how long you have worked. Every week you enter how many hours you have worked. Finished? Your time sheet will then automatically go to your client. As soon as they approve your hours, we process this in the administration.
