Then you have access to Mijn Actief day and night: a personal environment containing all kinds of information about your current assignment. You will find a file with your most important documents, such as contracts and invoices. You can view these at any time, but you can also download them periodically - useful for your VAT and tax returns.

Another important part of Mijn Actief is the hours app. No more hassle with paper time sheets and signatures: at Actief Werkt! you can digitally indicate how long you have worked. Every week you enter how many hours you have worked. Finished? Your time sheet will then automatically go to your client. As soon as they approve your hours, we process this in the administration. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on everything yourself: you can see exactly what the status of your timesheet is and when the client has approved it.

 

Self-billing: automatically invoiced, paid quickly

Mijn Actief makes your hourly statement a lot simpler. But that leaves another time-consuming administrative task: invoicing. We also take most of this off your hands, thanks to self-billing. We will prepare the invoice on your behalf based on your timesheets. We then send this to your client on your behalf. And does it work with purchase orders?
